* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9 PM Friday was 15.6 feet.

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.4 feet by mid Sunday afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon.

* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Water covers the pedestrian bridge adjacent to the Shepherdstown boat ramp.
