In May of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 issued an arrest warrant for Darrien Dasean Lyles for three counts of dealing in cocaine, and four counts of dealing in a narcotic drug. The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
