Nothing is more important than your health! That is why the Simi Valley Council On Aging, Adventist Health Simi Valley and Kaiser Permanente teamed up to present the 2018 Wellness Expo!

Rise and shine on Wednesday, May 23 to be at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, when the Expo begins at 8:00 a.m. You will have until noon to visit the booths of 80 exhibitors specializing in important services for seniors. Get information on health and social services, insurance, legal assistance, long-term care, and housing, along with many other resources to help seniors stay as healthy and happy as possible as they age.

Numerous FREE health screenings and services will be available on a first come, first served basis including carotid artery, glucose, blood pressure, quality of life, hearing, body mass index (BMI), bone density, balance, spinal/posture, video otoscopy, ankle health, and more! The Simi Valley Police will also provide a “Drug Drop off Box” for safe disposal of prescriptions drugs. In addition, local businesses have donated over a $1,500 in door prizes that attendees can enter to win!
