Biclisysts will participate in the Ride of Silence Wed. 5/16. The ride starts at 5:45 pm and concludes around 8:30 pm. The route begins on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Bicyclists will ride together to honor bicyclists who have been injured or lost their lives. The ride also supports safety in the community. The route also includes Lakeview Cyn. Rd., Agoura Rd., Westlake Blvd., Moorpark Rd. and Wilbur Rd.
Traffic flow on these streets may be temporarily impacted. Please consider alternate routes and allow for extra travel time.
The Thousand Oaks Police Department reminds drivers and bicyclists to share the road and understand and follow traffic laws . Bicyclists are encouraged to be seen and be predictable when traveling on roadways.
