AVOID E. Racine St./I-90 for the next several hours due to traffic incident at the West roundabout. 
Traffic Warning
Emergency crews are in the area of E.Racine St. and I-90 working to remove an overturned Semi truck and tanker. The tanker is carrying a food grade corn syrup and is not a hazard. However, this cleanup will take several hours and we are asking motorists to avoid the area. E. Racine St. will be closed eastbound at the west roundabout near I-90 when the semi and tanker are ready to be removed. A detour will be set up with signs to tell motorists the temporary route once the road is completely closed.
