Southern Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Southern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 215 AM EDT.
* At 1009 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of around an inch are possible.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Germantown, Gaithersburg, Leesburg, Damascus, Broadlands, Lansdowne, Brambleton, Charles Town, Poolesville, Ashburn, Montgomery Village, Countryside, Purcellville, Brunswick, Ranson, Berryville, Round Hill, Harpers Ferry, Oatlands and Corporation Of Ranson.
