* Until 1115 PM EDT.
* At 820 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Brunswick, Ranson, Harpers Ferry, Corporation Of Ranson, Bolivar, Shenandoah Junction, Rohrersville, Gapland, Brownsville, Antietam, Moler Crossroads, Halltown, Knoxville, Pleasantville and Bakerton.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON
