National Weather Service has issued a advisory for Morris County from 4P-7P. The MC OEM will be monitoring the potential inbound storm for later this afternoon. The is possible threat of torrential downpour and thunderstorms which will move through Morris County. During this time we may experience lightning, hail and gusts of wind between 40 and 65 mph. A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions, such as localized flash flooding.
