A Tornado Watch has been issued for Ocean County effective until 1AM 
National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Ocean County, NJ until 1AM EDT.
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for most of New Jersey, saying thunderstorms are expected to develop during the late afternoon and into the evening across the area.
These storms will have the potential to produce damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall, which could lead to isolated flash flooding and more widespread urban and poor drainage flooding, according to the National Weather Service.
A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions.
