Deputies arrest a man after he attempted to sell a stolen trailer on OfferUp

INCIDENT: PC 29800(a)(1) - Felon in Possession of Firearm, PC 496 - Possession of Stolen Property
LOCATION: Orange Show and E Street, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Anthony Romano, 28-years old, San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: Central Station was investigating a stolen vehicle trailer which occurred last night in the city of Grand Terrace. The suspect posted the trailer for sale on the mobile app OfferUP. Deputy P. Casas contacted the seller and arranged to purchase the trailer in San Bernardino. Anthony Romano arrived at the location in a stolen U-Haul truck with the stolen trailer, and investigators arrested Romano who was also in possession of a stolen loaded firearm. Romano was charged with Felon in Possession of Firearm and Possession of Stolen Property and he was booked at the Central Detention Center.
