#008, 011 Stolen Vehicle Collision 
Shortly after 9:00 a.m., officers responded to a home on Barnard to investigate the report of a collision into a house.  On arrival, officers found a Ford Aerostar minivan completely inside the living room of the home and a female inside the vehicle sitting in the driver’s seat.  Fortunately, the resident who was home at the time of the collision had just moved to the backyard and was uninjured by the collision. FPD and Fremont Fire units removed the driver who refused to identify herself.  The driver was sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  A male was on scene and stated that he had gone to a home in the area and come outside to find his work van missing.  A short time later the male said he heard tires screeching and ran to the area where he found his company van in the home.  The male stated the van had been stolen and the female was placed under arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle.  Officer Han is investigating the stolen vehicle portion of the case and Traffic Officer Snow is investigating the crash.
 
#013 Warrant Arrest
Officer Digenstein and FTO Richards responded to a possible vehicle theft that turned out to be a civil disagreement.  During contact with the involved parties it was determined that a 33 year old adult male had an active misdemeanor warrant and was placed under arrest.
 
#034 Suspended License
Officer Berrier conducted a traffic stop in the area of Paseo Padre Pkwy and Walnut Ave and contacted a 40 year old adult male.  A records check revealed his license was suspended.  The male was arrested/cited and released.

#019 Residential Burglary
Officers responded to the 4900 block of Omar Street to investigate a residential burglary.  The incident occurred between 8:45 a.m. and 2:55 p.m., with several points of entry. Loss is two gaming consoles valued at $700.  Ongoing investigation conducted by CSO Tsai.  
Suspect Vehicle- Older model, gold, 4 door sedan with damaged/chipped paint on front bumper.  Last seen east bound Omar St. 
Suspect #1- Unknown race, skinny built male, wearing a reddish-multi colored hooded sweatshirt.
Suspect #2- Black male adult with short hair.  
 
#025 Attempt Chain Snatch Robbery 
A victim answered her front door in the 36000 block of Fremont Blvd., after she heard a knock.  She stepped outside after she saw no one.  The suspect who was hiding, tried to rip the chain off the victim's neck but was unsuccessful.  The suspect fled south through the apartment complex.  The chain was broken, but recovered.  Officer W. Johnson handled this investigation.
 Suspect description- Black male wearing all black clothing with a black baseball cap.     
 
#026 Sexual Battery - Ardenwood Area
A victim drove into her garage and while seated in her car with the door open, the suspect grabbed her breast.  She screamed and the suspect said, "Oh sorry wrong house."  The suspect fled.  
Suspect description- Black male adult in his 20's with a goatee, 6' tall, 160 lbs, baseball cap, wearing BLK/GRY horizontal striped long sleeve shirt.  K-9 Officer Layfield deployed K9 Laz on a brief scent trail, however the suspect was not located.  Investigation conducted by Officer Perry. 
 
#032 Auto Burglary
At 8:56 p.m., a victim’s 2014 Subaru was burglarized while she was inside the Chipotle restaurant on Auto Mall Parkway. Unknown loss at this time. The suspect vehicle (unknown description) was last seen heading towards Osgood Rd.
Suspect #1-Black male in his early 20’s, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with white stripes down the sides.
Suspect #2- Black male with unknown clothing description.
