Deputies located two bodies in a west Petaluma home afer a woman called to check on her sister. Shortly before 2:30 PM the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office received a call from a woman asking us to check the welfare on her sister who lives in the 4700 block of Roblar Rd. She told dispatchers she hadn't seen her sister and husband in about a month, the grass was excessively tall and there was mail piling up in the mailbox.
Deputies responded to the home and found two people deceased inside the home. Detectives from the Sheriff's Violent Crimes Unit and the Coroner's Office responded and determined it to be suspicious in nature.
