Telephone Scam Alert reported to Troy Police asking for credit card information with caller id listing Troy City Hall. Do not share info! 
PLEASE BE AWARE that a telephone scam has been reported to the Troy Police Department today that a telephone call was received by a citizen wherein the caller requested credit card information (and the caller ID listed Troy City Hall's phone number). Please do not share your credit card information with anyone. The City of Troy Utility Department will not contact you by telephone and request credit card information.
