Flood Warning until 10:45AM
The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a
* Flood Warning for... Southwestern Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia...
* Until 1045 AM EDT
* At 451 AM EDT, Doppler radar and river gauges indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area overnight, and Mill Creek and the right fork of the Tygart Valley, were quickly rising. The Mill Creek gauge indicated the creek was already out of its banks. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek, Huttonsville and Valley Head. Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the warned area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RANDOLPH
