NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING OF THE
STANISLAUS CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED MITIGATION FEES FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF EMERGENCY AND NON-EMERGENCY SERVICES PROVIDED AND RENDERED FOR THE DISTRICT (CONTINUED FROM APRIL 12, 2018)

Riverbank, CA - Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, May 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Protection District (“District”) will hold a Special Workshop Meeting at 5 PM, followed by a Public Hearing (continued from April 12, 2018) at 6 PM in the Station 26 Meeting Room (3318 Topeka Street, Riverbank, California 95367) concerning proposed mitigation fees for the deployment of emergency and non-emergency services provided and rendered for the District (collectively, the “Fees”). At the public hearing, members of the public will be afforded an opportunity to make oral or written presentations concerning the proposed new Fees.

All interested persons may present oral comments and information at the Public Hearing or may submit written comments and information to the Board of Directors at any time prior to the hearing by delivering them to District’s offices or via email to the Clerk of the Board: [email protected].
