Missing Endangered Person: Anna Small-Tuttle, 19, last seen at Mercy hospital on 5/3. 5'6"/217 lbs. Click link for photo
North Aurora, IL – The North Aurora Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 19-year old female that is developmentally delayed. Anna M. Small-Tuttle is a ward of the state, and is currently in residential care at Maryville Academy (591 W. Bartlett Rd, Bartlett).
On May 2, Small-Tuttle was under the care of two youth care workers when she exited the vehicle that she was being transported in at the intersection of Orchard Rd. and Oak St. in North Aurora. She was last seen heading eastbound on foot from the intersection at approximately 2:20 p.m. An extensive search of nearby neighborhoods and businesses was conducted, but Small-Tuttle was not located. She does not have a cell phone, nor does she have any friends or family in the North Aurora area.
On May 3 at approximately 3:00-3:30 p.m., she checked into the Emergency Department at Presence Mercy Medical Center in Aurora using the name Anna Tuttle. It is unknown where she went to subsequent to discharge.
Small-Tuttle is listed as 5’06”, 217 pounds, short dark hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark gray t-shirt, black pants, and a black foot brace. She is known to use Small, Tuttle, and Small-Tuttle, as her surname. See attached picture.
