* TIMING...Through just after sunset this evening.
* WINDS...Southwest around 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the middle 80s, except in the upper 70s to low 80s near the coast and in the southern Poconos.
* IMPACTS...The combination of low fuel moisture, low relative humidity, and gusty winds may contribute to the enhanced spread of fires.
