Victorville Deputies arrest suspect for assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and burglary.

INCIDENT: Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Burglary
LOCATION: 14600 block of Equestrian Court, Victorville
SUSPECT: Jermaine Anderson, 38-year old Victorville resident
VICTIM: Confidential, adult male and adult female
SUMMARY: On April 30, 2018, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the 14600 block of Equestrian Court for a verbal disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect, Jermaine Anderson, entered the home of the female victim, his ex-girlfriend, without permission. The female victim was inside the house with the male victim at the time. They confronted Anderson and told him he could not be there. During the confrontation, Anderson pointed a gun at the female and then struck the male with the gun.
Deputies recovered the gun and arrested Anderson at the scene. Anderson, who is a felon, is prohibited from possessing any firearms. He was booked at High Desert Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, and burglary.
