On 04-29-2018 The Janesville Police Department received information that Helen Ruston was in San Diego California. At approximately 4:00 pm the San Diego Police Department notified us and confirmed that Helen is in their community.
The San Diego Police Department spoke with Helen and have given her some assistance.
