Santa Clara is a vibrant and safe city. A summary of the crime statistics for March, 2018, along with a year-to-date summary, is available online.
To view calls for service in your neighborhood, log onto CrimeReports.com. This site combines data from the Santa Clara Police Department's Computer Aided Dispatch system with Google-based mapping and analytics to provide users with information by region, zip code or address. Filters allow users to reveal details about the incident (e.g. type, location, date, time) or narrow your search by date range, day of week, time of day or incident type. Individuals can also sign up to receive email alerts based on user-defined parameters (e.g. geography, crime types, frequency, etc.).
