These are the words of Deputy David W. March who was murdered in the line of duty. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department adopted his words as our department creed.
On Sunday, April 29, 2018, we will be honoring Deputy March and his sacrifice with a 24-hour vigil. Deputies will stand watch over the Deputy David W. March Memorial beginning at Midnight.
The memorial site is located in the City of Irwindale on Live Oak Avenue, between Peck Road and Longden Avenue. Many thanks to our law enforcement partners at the Irwindale Police Department and the Irwindale Police Officers Association for their continued support with the David W. March Memorial.
