SUMMARY: Central Station detectives would like to make the community aware of a recent conviction of suspect Darrel Robert Finstad. He was convicted for exposing himself to an elderly victim in the city of Loma Linda.
The investigation began in September 2017, when a Loma Linda resident called deputies when Finstad looked through the victim's window and exposed himself to an elderly woman who was home. Finstad was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors, Indecent Exposure and Lewd Public Conduct. Finstad was convicted in April 2018, for PC 647(a) Lewd Public Conduct, and was sentenced to three years probation.
