Deputies arrest Brad Winston Powell for felony annoying/molesting a child and indecent exposure

LOCATION: Freeport Drive / Andrea Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Brad Winston Powell, 27-year old Victorville resident

SUMMARY:
On April 23, 2018, at approximately 6:50 pm, a male juvenile walking in the vicinity of Freeport Drive and Andrea Drive witnessed a male, sitting alone in his vehicle, engaging in a lewd sexual act. The male was no longer at the location when deputies arrived.
On April 24, 2018, deputies and detectives from the Victorville Police Department received several tips from the public and were able to identify the suspect as Brad Winston Powell, of Victorville. Powell was located at a residence in the 13200 block of Brighton Circle. Powell was detained and taken to the Victorville Police Department to be interviewed. After the interview and further investigation, Powell was arrested and will be booked at High Desert Detention Center for felony annoying/molesting a child and indecent exposure.
A photo of Powell is being released; as it is believed, there may be additional victims.
