INCIDENT: Search Warrant Service/H.S. 11366 Keeping a Place for the use of Narcotics

LOCATION: 12300 block of Pascal Avenue, Grand Terrace

SUSPECT(S): Lance Avery, age 56, Richard Robbe, age 61, David Ybarra, age 50, Ambrose Marshall, age 34, Connie Molla, age 53, all residents of Grand Terrace

SUMMARY:
On Friday, April 20th at approximately 10:30 am, deputies and detectives from the Sheriff's Central Station served a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in the 12300 block of Pascal Avenue in Grand Terrace. Deputies have made several recent narcotic related arrests of persons who were closely associated with the residence. All of the persons named above were present during the search warrant except for Avery. During the search deputies located several items consistent with illicit drug activity including multiple scales, methamphetamine pipes, bongs, marijuana pipes, plastic baggies, butane, methamphetamine and narcotic pills. Lance Avery, Richard Robbe, and Connie Molla were cite released on scene with pending cases for a variety of charges including possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled narcotic substance, probation violation and keeping a place for the use, sale or manufacturing of controlled substances. Ambrose Marshall was booked for possession of a controlled substance and later cite released. David Ybarra was booked for violation of probation and possession of a stolen vehicle and remains in custody.
