The pictured individual is suspected of stealing the victim’s wallet and cell phone from her purse while shopping at Walmart, 4 Bluffton Road, Bluffton, SC, on 04-14-18, at 0730 hours. The victim immediately began to cancel the credit cards when she returned home, however they had already been used to purchase approximately $6,336 worth of merchandise at Walmart, Kroger’s, Best Buy and Lowes in Bluffton. An additional $2,000 was denied.
