Expect traffic delays in the downtown area tomorrow (Wednesday 04-18-18) from approximately 1100 to 1200. The funeral procession for Chief Hutchinson will be proceeding on Pittsburgh St from West Newton Street to Arch Ave in the City. All traffic in the area will be shut down as the procession passes through.
