SEEKING PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN IDENTIFYING SHOOTING SUSPECT

Incident:Robbery 59th and Horton Streets
Date/Time Occurred: 02/11/2018 9:11 p.m.
Incident Case Number: 1802-0845
Narrative: On Sunday February 11th, 2018 at approx. 2111 hours Emeryville Dispatch received a call from a male caller who reported hearing one gunshot and seeing a subject laying on the ground at 59th and Horton.
An eyewitness reported he was walking with the victim W/B on 59th St. towards the Amtrak station. They were approached by a dark-skinned male who brandished a black handgun towards them. The suspect said to the witness and victim “Give me the money”. The suspect then shot the victim once in the head.
The suspect fled E/B on 59th Street then N/B through Heritage Park onto Hollis St.
SUSPECT:
Dark-skinned male
• 18-25 years of age
• Dark hooded type sweatshirt, blue jeans, and blue high-top shoes.
