Closter Rd and Livingston St remain closed this morning due to significant flooding. Highland Ave is now closed due to a down utility pole with live wires in the roadway. Tappan road and Blanch Ave may be used as a detour. we apologize for the inconvenience. Orange and Rockland crews are working in the area and we will reopen the roadway as soon as possible.
