Arrest: 39 year old male, resident of San Jose; 49 year old male, resident of San Jose; 29 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the occupants were in possession of cocaine and a glass pipe. All three subjects were cited and released.

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle and determined that the vehicle had previously been reported stolen in San Bernardino. The victim was notified.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary. A witness reported seeing two subjects breaking the merchant’s windows and removing items.

Officers responded to a report of a residential burglary. A witness reported seeing three subjects running from a home before leaving in a vehicle. Upon their arrival, officers determined that a burglary had been committed. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 20 year old male, resident of San Jose; 18 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of narcotics, violation of probation
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver had outstanding warrants. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the passenger was on active probation. A search yielded cocaine. Both the driver and passenger were cited and released.

Arrest: 33 year old male, resident of Fremont
Charges: False identification to police officer, outstanding warrants
Officers responded to a disturbance involving a male using a false name to pick up prescription medication. The subject was uncooperative and provided four additional names to officers. His identity was revealed, along with his outstanding warrants. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 23 year old male, resident of Saratoga
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 42 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of stolen property
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 34 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI, evading police officer
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 27 year old female, resident of San Jose; 31 year old male, resident of Los Gatsos
Charges: Possession of controlled substance, possession of narcotics
Officers responded to a report of two suspicious persons. Upon their arrival, it was determined that both subjects were under the influence. A probation search yielded heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 30 year old male, transient; 28 year old female, resident of San Jose; 25 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of controlled substance, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence of a controlled substance, outstanding warrants
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that one of the parties had outstanding warrants. A probation search was conducted and the other two subjects were found to be in possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. The subject with the warrants was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The other two were cited and released.
