* At 640 AM EDT, county 911 dispatches report muliple roads are affected by high water and/or closed in the warned area. River and stream gauges are also continuing to indicate rising water levels and additional flooding is likely to develop through the morning due to runoff from heavy rainfall overnight.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Summersville, Philippi, Richwood, Glenville, Marlinton, Sutton, Greenbank, Audra State Park, Webster Springs, Cass Scenic Railroad, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood and Nutter Fort.
