Forest City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway/missing juvenile. Cloe Shay Nodine is a white female, age 16, 5’2”, 170 lbs. with short straight brown hair. She was last seen at 211 West Main Dr. in Forest City wearing a white t-shirt and pink jogging pants carrying a blue backpack with pink shoulder straps with the word ROXY on the side. She was last seen walking toward Spindale.
