* At 1017 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. One to two inches of rain has already fallen. An additional one to two inches is possible through 1 AM Monday.

Clarksburg, Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Summersville, Philippi, Richwood, Glenville, Marlinton, Sutton, Greenbank, Audra State Park, Webster Springs, Cass Scenic Railroad, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood and Nutter Fort.
