...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM MDT SATURDAY... The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a Freeze Warning, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Saturday. The Freeze Watch is no longer in effect.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...Montrose, Hotchkiss, Delta, Gateway, Nucla, Cortez, Dove Creek, Mancos, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Fry Canyon.

* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 20s to around 30 degrees.

* TIMING...Below freezing temperatures early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Sub-freezing temperatures are likely to cause damage to, or kill sensitive early budding vegetation.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CENTRAL GUNNISON AND UNCOMPAHGRE RIVER BASIN ... FOUR CORNERS, UPPER DOLORES RIVER ... PARADOX VALLEY, LOWER DOLORES RIVER
