* Winds...South 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* Timing...of the strongest winds is from early afternoon through and into the evening hours.
* Impacts...include difficult driving, especially on east west oriented roadways and for high profile vehicles. Secure loose outdoor items.
