Here's How to Safely Dispose of Unwanted Prescription Medications 
A medication drop has been installed in the lobby of the Berkeley Public Safety Building (2100 Martin Luther King Jr. Way). The kiosk comes to us through the MED-Project which provides Alameda County residents a safe method for disposing of unwanted or expired medications.

The kiosk is not intended as a disposal location for aerosols, sharps, or street narcotics. It can be accessed by community members during the normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm) of the Berkeley Public Safety Building.
