Wanted for Petit Larceny As a Hate Crime

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Hate Crimes Unit Detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person responsible for stealing numerous flags from an Oakdale home.

Between September 2017 and March 2018, four American gay pride flags were stolen from the front of a residence located on Vanderbilt Boulevard, between Lockwood Avenue and Oakton Avenue in Oakdale.

Detectives believe the suspect may be traveling in a light-colored four-door Dodge Ram pickup truck.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
