Report of man with a gun leads to arrest of Oakland City man. 
On April 8, 2018, at 9:32 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith began an investigation into a report of a man with a gun at a residence located in the 9000 block of East 300 South. Upon arriving at the residence Deputy Smith began an investigation into the incident. At the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Smith placed 32 year old Treyshawn Rhodes of Oakland City into custody and had him transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the jail Mr. Rhodes was charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of Marijuana. He has since posted a $1,250 bond.
Assisting Deputy Smith in his investigation was Officer Michael Collins of the Francisco Police Department.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
