On Sunday April 8, 2018 at approximately 1:54am the Emeryville Police Department received several calls of gunshots in the parking lot of Home Depot. The callers reported the gunshots were associated with a party bus in the parking lot. The party bus left the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Another unknown involved car was also seen leaving the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Officers located two people with gunshot wounds. Both gunshot victims went to local hospitals for treatment of wounds that did not appear to be life-threatening. Two parked cars were also struck by gunfire.
