4/4 – 8:25 p.m. – Christopher S. Cothran Jr., 27 of St. Louis, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant. Heather N. Goddard, 21 of Cahokia, was charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Improper Lane Usage. Incident occurred in the 400 block of North Jefferson Street.
