FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for potential flooding of small creeks and streams as well as poorly drained urban areas from late Thursday through Saturday morning. in the North Bay and Santa Cruz Mountains due to impending atmospheric river event.
