FREE RABIES CLINIC - Saturday, April 28th - 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Washington Borough Animal Control Officer will be holding a free rabies clinic from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28th at the Washington Fire Department (Co-located with Borough Hall) at 100 Belvidere Avenue. This free vaccination offers up to three years of protection for your pet from the rabies virus. Remember-rabies is a fatal disease and once symptoms appear it is too late! The recent outbreak of rabies in the Borough has been contained, but our ACO remains vigilant, and the best protection is widespread vaccination of all pets in the community. Please take advantage of this free event. For more information please call Washington Borough Animal Control Officer Robert Lagonera at (908) 763-5035.
