Full Notification

The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is responding to a 20-inch water main break near Kanewai Community Park on Dole Street. All lanes of Dole Street will remain closed until further notice between East-West Road and Frank Street. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes. At this time the main break is affecting St. Louis Heights, Wilhelmina, Palolo, and Kaimuki. Water service is slowly being restored to customers in Wilhelmina, Palolo, and Kaimuki. Until water service can be fully restored customers may experience water low to no water pressure. Customers are asked to use water sparingly for essential needs only to allow the system to recover. The main break was reported at approximately 2 a.m. Additional information will be provided when it becomes available. #hitraffic #mainbreak
