Press Release: Motor vehicle stop leads to narcotics arrests.

ACCUSED: Jordan Jernigan, 18 yr. old male/Ocean Township, Antonio Badillo, 18 yr. old male/Ocean Township, Jasher Pena, 18 yr. old male/Ocean Township, Fhelipe Magalhaes, 19 yr. old male/Ocean Township, Emily Valente, 18 yr. old female/Middletown, 17 yr. old female/Middletown.
NARRATIVE:
On April 3rd 2018 at approximately 5:18pm Detectives Michael Melody and Jesse Orbach stopped a suspicious vehicle in the Twinbrook Apartments. The detectives approached the vehicle and identified the occupants as Jordan Jernigan, Antonio Badillo, Jasher Pena, Fhelipe Magalhes all of Ocean Township and Emily Valente and a 17 yr. old female, both of Middletown.
Further investigation revealed that Jernigan, Badillo, Pena, Magalhes, Valente and the juvenile were all in possession of multiple Xanax bars, under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were all arrested and processed. The adults were released on criminal summonses pending a future court appearance. The juvenile was released to a parent.
