Jackson Police need assistance locating Kequan Waller. Kequan is a black male juvenile who ran from DCS transportation while at Denny’s. Kequan is the custody of the Department of Children Services. The Department of Children Services was taking him to Youth Villages in Memphis.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, light blue Nike Hoodie with shackles on his feet.
