Southern Rush County in central Indiana... Morgan County in central Indiana... Decatur County in central Indiana... Northern Brown County in south central Indiana... Johnson County in central Indiana... Northern Bartholomew County in central Indiana... * Until 945 PM EDT * At 649 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in portions of south central and southeastern Indiana. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomington, Columbus, Shelbyville, Franklin, Martinsville, Greensburg, Rushville, Nashville, Adams, Ellettsville, New Whiteland, Edinburgh, Whiteland, Bargersville, Hope, Brooklyn, Flat Rock, Milford, Princes Lakes and Geneva. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
