On April 3, 2018, at approximately 7:50 am, police received a report from a parent of a male subject at El Rodeo School, who she didn’t recognize. Police responded to the school and out of an abundance of caution, school lockdown procedures were followed while police searched the entire campus for the subject with the assistance of a police helicopter. The search was completed. No unauthorized subjects were located on campus. Normal school activities have resumed. Detectives will conduct further investigation, to include viewing surveillance video, to determine whether a trespass occurred.
