* Winds...North to northwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* Timing...Late morning through the late afternoon.
* Impacts...Driving may be difficult especially on east and west running roads and for high profile vehicles. There could be blowing dust in some areas which would briefly reduce visibility. Secure loose outdoor items.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEN ... LABETTE ... MONTGOMERY ... NEOSHO ... WILSON ... WOODSON
