The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is declaring a snow emergency that will be in effect from 1 A.M. April 3rd until Noon on Wednesday April 4th. During a snow emergency there will be no on street parking until the declaration is lifted. This will enable crews to safely and effectively remove snow from the streets in the shortest amount of time.
