Stillwater Man Fatally Shot By Police Identified 
The man fatally shot earlier this week by Stillwater police officers after he refused to put down a gun and knife has been identified. Next of kin for William John Domingues, 31, was notified today. That next kin lived in California. OSBI continues to investigate the case and will provide a written copy of the report to the district attorney.
