Today, the two men wanted in connection with the January 6, 2018 Dale shooting death of Karwanna Albany turned themselves in to Sheriff's Office deputies at the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Center in Beaufort. Leonard Colleton and Darian Williams—both of Beaufort and 24 years old—were charged with Murder and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime. Colleton and Williams were transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center and incarcerated, where they have yet to receive bond hearings.
